Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Vivere packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
